Setting up your printer in Fuze Store POS is quick and easy! This guide will walk you through the steps so you can start printing receipts, orders, or reports right awayâno tech skills needed.
đ Step-by-Step Guide
- Open the Menu: Click the â° sidebar hamburger menu to open navigation.
- Go to Account: Select Account from the menu.
- Go to Printer: Select Printer from the list.
- Scan Printer: Scan for available printers. Make sure your bluetooth is turned on and device is discoverable.
- Note: If your printer is not found, check the connection and try restarting both the printer and your POS device.
- Select Printer: Select your printer brand and model from the list.
- Adjust Settings: Adjust paper and device width settings as needed.
- Note: Make sure the settings match your printerâs specifications for best results.
- Save Settings: Once the test is successful, save your printer settings.
Youâre all set! Your printer is now ready to use with Fuze Store POS.
Note: We only support thermal printer via Bluetooth at the moment. This means you can print receipts and orders directly from your POS device without needing a wired connection. Currently, we are working with more printer and connections options.

- Make sure your printer has enough paper and ink/toner before you start.
- If your printer isnât found, check the connection and try restarting both the printer and your POS device.
- You can add more than one printer if you want to print in different areas (like kitchen and counter).
